Overview:

SMS_E is an SMS text message sender for French providers and all over the world from computers. SMS_E allows a computer to send text messages to a cell phone or a pager using a modem connected on a phone line and without Internet access. SMS_E can be used in a command file and is able to send alarms immediately to the network Administrator. SMS_E can be used with a network monitoring software like HP OpenView, Tivoli, Patrol, AppManager, SiteScope, or BULL ISM Open Master. SMS_E can broadcast many messages to many phone numbers at the same time. With SMS_E you can choose the telephone number depending on the time or the day (working day or no working day). All SMS_E events are written in a journal file.
