Overview:

From the developer: "Design Your own cartouche, with 1 of the 9 preset styles and using up to 12 letters. Then copy to the clipboard for whatever purpose you need.I have always had an interest in Egyptology and Cartouche Maker is just an expression of that interest. It just seemed a neat idea. A little bit of searching found some online cartouche creators but they were all very bland and boring so Cartouche Maker was created. There is no real way to have our western alphabet translated into hieroglyphs on a letter by letter basis. The Egyptians did not spell words like we do, they spelt them phonetically. So take Cartouche Maker as it is intended to be , just as a bit of harmless fun and not a serious translation program."
