From the developer: "KeyPen Suite is a software for handheld PCs with the Windows CE operational system and the MIPS processor that consists of the two components: InterKey (on-screen keyboard) allows entering information in any of the world's languages to programs equipped with standard input capabilities. InterPen (handwriting recognition) allows entering information to your PDA in any of the world's languages using your natural personal handwriting."
