This intuitive application provides a quick way of calculating the number of units in your drink and keeping track of how much you are drinking, with a clear comparison to UK guidelines. The information provided by Alcohol Aware is often surprising and can be the tool you need to lead a healthier lifestyle. My Drink provides a simple slider based interface to identify the number of units in your drink, take a photo of it and save it to your favorite drinks Menu. My Menu shows all your favorite drinks. Just tap the drink you are having to add it to your History and Record. My History shows a list of all your drinks consumed, showing the time and a total number of units for each day.
