ParaTracker is a database driven program designed to assist the paranormal investigator in detailing all of their research, readings, clients, images, sounds, reports, forms most commonly used and so much more. It comes with a number of modules to keep your team on track. Main Menu-The navigation center with live access to paranormal forums and other web site areas. Live web feeds to important paranormal investigation resources (with internet connection). You can also have a copy on the desktop as well as a laptop, do your investigation, export the data to a file, then import it to the desktop or other computers with this program. Investigation Module-Here you will be able to record all types of information on the client with advanced search features, filters, photo's, detail incidents, EVP storage, video storage, all the forms needed to detail your investigation, reports that rival even the best, Keep important detailed information on your clients with this full featured database. Every aspect of the investigation can be recorded right from here. Contacts Database-This module is a contact manager with numerous features included but not limited to, full contact details, advanced search, categorization, related by features, and avery label printing. Witness Statements-Here is a module you will find invaluable! When you do interviews of clients, this module will track, store and detail the witness accounts in every detail, also allowing for reports as well as investigator comments and notes. It is integrated with the Investigation module seamlessly. Research Notes-Linked with the investigation module, this feature is invaluable. You can detail every aspect of your researching of nearly any category allowing for detailed reporting and the ability to refer back by case number. Readings-Track and record all of your readings. Catalog them by case number, client id, both or create your own. It will record the investigator, client info, dates and times, types of readings, location of readings, base readings and differential readings with full reporting. Inventory-Here is a module you will find invaluable as well! If you store equipment and tools, you can keep a record of them here. This module is linked with the Equipment Module and work seamlessly. Projects- If you assign tasks to others or yourself, this module will detail the progress quickly and easily. Allowing to record all of your projects and track their progress. Email- This module will allow for you to keep your client database up to date on any emails you need to send. If you do a newsletter, you can create one email and have it go to everyone in your database. It is also configured to make emailing simple, quick and effortless. Reports- Full detail, custom features, search specific, and you can print as PDF/Excel/Printer or export as needed. Reports can be sent via email as well. We can customize the reports to reflect your group and even design a logo for you if you need one. Document Tracker- A complete database for you to store all your documents with relationships to the client database. You can store forms, completed reports and documents as well as a full search feature. Print and export as well as importing is as easy as a click. Photo/Sound/Video Tracker- A complete database for cataloging your images, sound recordings, and videos by client, case number and more. Full details on each and so much more. Equipment Tracker- A detailed database for all your equipment. With loan/check in/check out capabilities and detailed inventory features. Monitor who has what and where it is as well as when it is checked out or in and whom did so. Condition of equipment when it left and when it was returned. Catalog your inventory of equipment with serial numbers, pictures, id's, and so much more. Track warranty status on every item with reminders when it is up. Membership Manager- Keep track of all members on your team with full details. Emergency contacts, addresses, birthdays, join date, application data, picture of member, dues paid, reminders of when dues are due and who is delinquent, and more... Expenses Manager- Keep track of all expenses for your team or yourself with full details. Track expenses with full details, reimbursed or not and print out a report on such expenses for taxes and reimbursements. It is a full featured Expense Manager, with ease of use.. Investigation Forms-Comes complete with over a dozen of the most used forms by investigators (All forms can be customized to your specific group with name, and group details) *requires Adobe Acrobat Reader (free).
