Overview:

Allows creating and uploading backgrounds to mobile devices easily and includes pictures to choose from abstract, nature and photo manipulations. You can edit any picture that is included: crop or resize it, rotate or use different graphics effects, such as sharpness, blur, color correction, sepia and many more filters. Ready-made wallpapers are organized in the Gallery. Any picture can be transferred to the mobile phone through Bluetooth or USB. The full version includes more than 250 beautiful pictures by VLADSTUDIO for wallpapers creation. Tool for image edition and uploading them into mobile phones is included as well.
