Overview:
BiF (Backup Important Folders) is a small (63k executable), free ad-hoc (on-demand) file backup utility for Commercial or non-commercial use that does not need to be installed. It was designed primarily as a tool for use with our DualDesk remote support software but can be used as a stand-alone backup utility. It's a work-in-progress but it may prove useful if you need a quick way to backup the folders and files most important to a user. It's a quick backup utility that stores files un-compressed in another folder or on another drive. BiF is not a full-featured backup program. It's designed for those times you need to do back up but don't have time to run a full featured backup program or while doing remote support on a system that does not have a backup program installed.
