Overview:

Our new barcode plug-in for Adobe Acrobat Professional CS 3 will create all common linear codes. This barcode plug-in is extremely easy to use, even if you are not a barcode expert and have never created barcodes before. The feature set of the plug-in has been taylored to match the needs of document barcoding. Dynamic data, e.g. the current page number, can be mixed freely with static text or variable fields like the current date. The resulting barcodes can be moved freely on the document canvas. Barcodes can be applied to all pages of a document or to a range of pages, e.g. to all even pages. Supported barcode symbologies: Code EAN 8 / 13, JAN, EAN 99, EAN Velocity Code UPC-A, UPC-E Code 39 / 39 Extended (Full ASCII capability) Code 2/5 Interleaved / Standard / Industrial Code 128 (Full ASCII capability), 128 GS1 with full support for all variable and fixed fields Codabar Other features: Works stand-alone as an Acrobat plug-in, no other software or barcode fonts needed. Autogenerating content from PDF title, author, page numbers, date, time in a multitude of formats. Stamp barcodes on all pages or a range of pages, e.g. on all odd pages. Freely mix user-entered data and predefined text blocks. Support for EAN SC sizes with height reduction. Support for bar width reduction to compensate for ink spread.
