Overview:
backup program for work which back up only modified and new files after a specified time, then email (Outlook and/or Outlook Express) after another specifed amount of time. Outlook locks its datafile so it needs to be closed before copying the file, so a dialog box appears until you close it. This is also done with Outlook Express so you ensure all emails are copyied. The program is placed in the start-up menu therefore it is loaded everytime the computer boots up. I wanted to use it at home, so I made it user friendly with customisable preferences found with a browse. I separated it into 3 parts, pictures (1 folder), documents (3 folders), and email (1 folder). All 3 parts have separate timers so they can be backed up at separate times. Pictures are copied into a separate folder while documents an email are backed up to the same root folder with a folder being created that has the same name as the folder you are copying.
