Overview:

JPKD (formerly JavaPK for Desktop) is a computer program designed for clinical pharmacokinetic (CPK) services (or therapeutic drug monitoring, TDM). It not only inherits all functions of mobilePK (http://pkpd.kmu.edu.tw/mobilepk), but also has a built-in algorithm of user's defined Bayesian model for individualized pharmacokinetic parameter estimation (UDBM). Each UDBM can also be applied to clinical pharmacokinetic monitoring (D->C or C->D). In addition, JPKD can be used to model clinical pharmacodynamics (PD) too if there is any published population PD parameters available. We have already included a PD model (UDBM) of enoxaparin (an anticoagulant agent) as an example.
