Multi-Thumbs is similar to Mike's ThumbNailer ... but shows an entire screen full of thumbnails ... similar to iPhoto. Get a full screen view of a picture with a simple single click ... click it's there, and click it's gone. Unlike iPhoto you don't need to import picures or create photo albums ... just select a folder of pictures.
