Overview:
NetWorkDLS NetWatcher is a TCP/UDP utility that aids you in the task of monitoring your server uptime and response times.NetWatcher pings the server at a given rate and works the amount of "Hits & Misses" into a "UP-Time & DOWN-Time Percentage".It keeps track ofhow long the server takes to respond and keeps a "Shortest-Time & Longest-Time" record.It changes the tray icon from a "Green-Check" to a "Red-Dash" depending on if the server is responding or not.
