Overview:
This file requires a XMPChat Server to connect to. XMPChat is similar to GameSpy Arcade, Mplayer, and SMPM and includes Personal Messaging, ability for users to create their own room, custom font color, size, etc., and many more features. For those who aren't familiar with these types of chat programs, users connect to a XMPChat server then Joins a lobby of their choice. Then they can either chat in that lobby, or create their own room with a password if they wish. Also room moderators can launch game servers if the server has the lobby setup correctly.
