Smart Silicon Systems CardPro USB Smart Card Reader: CardPro is a low cost PC compatible smartcard reader. Winner of the 2002 Australian Smartcard Awards, it enables customers to add smartcard terminal functionality to the home or corporate PC. The CardPro product forms an integral component for many smartcard-based solutions as it provides an essential interface between a smartcard and an associated software application that runs on a PC. CardPro is independent of card operating systems, and can support both closed and open smartcard platforms.
