Overview:

Memento is a simple, quick note taking application. Includes a fast search tool, and notes are kept organized in chronological order. Also take a quick audio note, which is saved in MP3 format, or select your own audio file (MP3 or AIF). Save your notes into multiple formats (RTF,RTFD, TXT). Use Memento to transcribe in the office. Colorize notes to keep certain topics together, or make important ones stand out. Add a status icon (like check marks) to help better organize notes. The whole note window minimizes to a small tab, which can be dragged to any side of the window, and is out of the way, but allows for quick access for a quick note. Allows for user adjustable transparency. This program was designed to be a small, quick, and organized replacement for Stickies. Why have a mess of notes everywhere when you can have a nice organized list.Version 1.4 now includes Stickies, and a customized editor window. The stickies are simple to use, just drag them from the table to any place on the screen to create a Sticky. Double-Clicking a note will bring up a TextEdit-like editor with more features, including word count.
