Overview:

"Take regular breaks" is probably the most frequent advice you will receive when you talk to medical professionals about Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). It is also one of the most difficult pieces of advice to follow. Albion StopNow! is designed to help you establish good work habits by encouraging you to take regular breaks when working at your computer. It monitors your computer mouse and keyboard and discreetly reminds you when you have been working for too long without taking that necessary break. Note: RSI is Repetitive Strain Injury or Repetitive Stress Injury. It's also called OOS (Occupational Overuse Syndrome) or CTD (Cumulative Trauma Disorder). See program website for more info.
