SFST Log 1.0 (Mobile)

Overview:

SFST Log is designed to be a field log for police officers to keep a record of all Standardized Field Sobriety Tests performed on DWI suspects. It is intended to be used by officers who have been trained in the battery of tests as specified by the NHTSA. The main screen allows for simple entry of case number, suspect's name, race/sex, BAC, and whether BAC was from blood or breath. Each element of the SFST is accessible via a simple push-button at the top of the screen and allows checking off observed clues by simply tapping various checkboxes. The elements include: HGN - Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus WAT - Walk-And-Turn OLS - One-Leg-Stand SFST Log keeps track of scores for all elements of the SFST and even includes a built-in timer for the One Leg Stand. Additionally, simple statistics are tracked regarding the failure or passing of various tests and the suspect's blood alcohol concentration providing a history of over-all effectiveness of the SFST battery. Features: Auto date/time stamp on new record creation. Simple stats generator. Simple check boxes for clues. Seperate notes field to enter detailed notes for each element of the SFST. Built-in timer for One Leg Stand. Export records to Memo Pad. Ability to personalize with Name, Badge Number, and Department. Tracking of certifications and expiration dates. Text templates for the notes forms allowing default text to show up in newly created records. So you could have "Reason for Stop:" appear in the Main Notes form of all new records.
