Overview:

pdfCipher is a speedy and light solution for adding and modifying standard PDF security settings of PDF documents by batch. Both 40bit and 128bit mode are supported. The unregistered version will put a small trial watermark on the first 20pages of the encrypted PDF. pdfCipher is done in pure C++ from scratch up. Hence NO Acrobat or other applications needed. Its speed is several times faster than those in Perl or others. It is a standalone command line tool with support of Windows 9x, NT, 2000, XP, and later. With the simple command option, it is easily integrated with your processing flow.
