Overview:

Optimal Resource Planning System was built on the idea of efficiently serving complex-structured corporations, and of providing a swift and secure activity flow. To meet all requirements, the program is equipped with several modules, each with a specific function and facilities that make this software as user-friendly as possible. It allows you to hierarchically structure your corporation starting with the central office, factories, departments and halls, and going as far as warehouses, shelves, components and boxes. It helps you manage all your inventory objects in a similar, multi-level hierarchy. You can decompose larger machines into smaller components and parts, or organize them into domain-specific categories. You can have one or more warehouses for storing the inventory objects of your corporation. A new approach is the evolution analysis: you can visualize the evolution of values, codes or prices. You can also visualize charts representing the chronological evolution of the warehouse, of warehouse values or of a warehouse object. The Partner Management Module manages all your business partners. The Personnel Management module monitors your employees, so that you are constantly aware of the available human resources. To keep track of all sorts of equipment, machinery and tools stored in the warehouses, Optimal Resource Planning System has a Planning module that allows you to schedule all the activities of your corporation.
