Overview:

Dict Client uses the internet standard "dict" protocol to communicate with online dictionaries. It comes setup to search "dict.org" allowing you to look up words in the following free on-line dictionaries: "Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary (1913)" "WordNet (r) 1.6" "U.S. Gazetteer (1990)" "Jargon File (4.0.0/24 July 1996)" "The Free On-line Dictionary of Computing (15Feb98)" "The Elements (22Oct97)" "Easton's 1897 Bible Dictionary" "Hitchcock's Bible Names Dictionary (late 1800's)" NOTE: Although the default server is dict.org, you can change the server to whatever you want (if you have another dictionary somewhere).
