Overview:

Phylum & Restore is the ideal solution for those researchers who have a requirement for exceptional image restoration. The program will accept the standard image file formats, so that Z stacks of images captured using a confocal or research grade fluorescence microscope can be imported. The volumes of images can then be deconvolved using the award winning Improvision 3D Restoration technology, to produce images of outstanding quality. Time-resolved volumes can also be deconvolved and any number of volumes can be batch processed at the same time. Phylum & Restore includes a module to generate PSFs for confocal or optical microscopes. In addition, there is an Alignment Tool to compensate for rotational and translational shifts between the 2 dimensional planes that make up a volume.
