Overview:

The 39160 v1.2 release is for all PCI-based Macs (Beige G3 rev B or newer) running MacOS 8.6 to 9.x. With the 1.2 release Power Macintosh G4s with 133 Mhz system bus running at 466, 533, 677, 733 Mhz or higher should no longer hang after being put into sleep mode. Also corrected was an Open Firmware issue where drives attached to the 39160 could not be booted off of by selecting them in the Startup Manager (the Startup Manager (also known as the Picker) is activated by holding down the option key on Power Macintosh G4s immediately after selecting “Restart” from the “Special” menu or after pushing the power button if the system is off). You must use the PowerDomain Control utility version 6.1.1 or later with the 1.2 driver for the 39160.
