Overview:

MedINRIA allows to process and analyze a large variety of magnetic resonance (MR) images including anatomical MRI, functional MRI (fMRI), and diffusion tensor MRI (DT-MRI). MedINRIA was initially developed for medical experts, but may be used by anyone curious about medical images. Practically, MedINRIA is a suite of softwares, each of them targeting a specific clinical application. Main features include: 3D image visualization by tab-browsing (firefox-like) and volume reconstruction using ray-casting techniques, neural fibers reconstruction, bundling, and visualization, diffusion tensor field rendering using 3D ellipsoids; automatic alignment of MRIs, and supervised and fully automatic segmentation of lesions in multiple sclerosis.
