Overview:

Inflict Training Lite for iPhone delivers sharp, crisp floating imagery in 3-dimensional layering. The workouts are progressive each building on the last and are a challenging mixture of strength, endurance, and cross-training exercises designed to train your whole body. Exercises range from core to linear and body building, plyometric training, functional, and combination movements, agility, balance, pilates movements, and even interval training. Each 12-exercise workout is circuit style, moving you from exercise to exercise in three rounds with little recovery. Each round is completed twice. This gets you in and out of the gym in under an hour, maximizing your time, delivering ripped results, and setting the stage for anywhere you want to take your training.
