Overview:

PNG Still Creator is a program which is intended for creating the PNG format pciture with high quality. It supports *.BMP, *.GIF, *.JPG, *.TIF, *.ICO, *.EXIF, *.WMF, *.EMF graphic formats. The png creator can resize the original photo's width or height by the convenient calculator to keep aspect ratio. With the creator, you can rotate the picture by different angles. You can also make the picture flip horizontal or flip vertical with one mouse-click. Various texts watermarks can be applied to any position of your picture. A frame of animated picture can also be converted to a png file through the creator.
