Overview:

IFYP is a traceability extension (addin) for Word, totally integrated to the product, which enables the identification of text parts, charts or objects among the various documents of a project. From your documents, identify relevant information, build relations across documents and generate lists, traceability matrixes, impact and relation trees. Define properties and values sets and associate them to information elements to support project management. These elements of information may be linked together to immediately generate matrixes and trees. IFYP is designed for projects of a team size from 1 to 20 members. With this easy to use tool, properties can be defined throughout a project and linked to the identified elements. Each property can take a different value per element. Default values can be defined. These properties support good project management, risks management and planning, making you more efficient than ever before. Information elements can be linked together to instantaneously generate matrixes and trees. For example: Workload estimation, Risk mitigation, Delivery release, % progress, Finished Yes/No. The list of elements can be exported to Excel.
