PocketMiles for WM Standard v1.2 (Mobile)

Overview:

PocketMiles is software for your Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone/Windows Mobile 6 Standard device that records and reports travel expenses and trip information. You can record your expenditures as they occur, then either generate an expense report directly (via either a Microsoft Excel or HTML file), or generate a file that can be imported into the PocketMiles Center software package (sold separately at Velocell''s web site). Once in PocketMiles Center, an expense report can be generated for you.Some of PocketMiles'' features allow the user to:-Record the Dates, Destination, Customer, Event, and (if applicable) vehicle mileage for each trip -Record most standard expense types (Breakfast/Lunch/Supper, Hotel, Airfare, Fuel), plus several customizable fields for other expenses; For international travel, apply different currencies to different expenses for each day -Record Name, Confirmation Number, and Phone numbers for Hotels/Airlines/Car Rental Agencies -Record the Payment Type (Cash, Check, Personal/Corporate Credit Card) and a Project Number for each expense -Utilize multiple Language support for English or Spanish - user selectable -Create an individual trip detail report file in Microsoft Excel (CSV) format for quick viewing and printing in Excel; or to HTML format for viewing in a Web browser -Quickly transfer all trip information to PocketMiles Center by either file transfer (using Microsoft ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center) or by email, via any Outlook/POP3/IMAP account
