Overview:
DownOff monitors the average file transfer or download rate and initiates computer shutdown if the rate has been below a specified rate for a specified length of time. It can be started manually or automatically via the Windows task scheduler. The download rate and many other parameters can be configured via the configuration screen. Requires a registration code to run.
