Overview:
LockXLS adds copy protection features to Excel workbooks. It protects your workbooks from reverse engineering, analyzing and unauthorized copying. LockXLS will help you to create trial-ware or rental-ware from your documents, and to protect logic in your spreadsheets. LockXLS offers several protection options: hardware based Activation Code, trial period, password, serial number, activation code bound to USB drive. You can specify working period and count of openings for your document. Workbook will be converted to application, which doesn't require any additional libraries to be installed on customer's PC. Locked workbook hides logic of your spreadsheet and works identically to original workbook. You can add splash window, custom icon and End User License agreement to your files.
