Overview:
Whether you are trying to keep track of IT, business, work, school, or home projects, make them as mobile as you are. Introducing SPOT... you and your project's best friend. At a glance, see the overall status of where each of your projects stand, when they are due, and most importantly, how many days you have until the next task is due. The color coded Summary screen indicates which have tasks that are overdue, or due within the week. What happens when the vendor, contractor, co-worker, teacher, or plumber causes you to have to adjust your time-line? Don't worry. With a touch of a button, SPOT will automatically shift the remaining tasks forwards or backwards to keep you on track. You can define as many tasks as you need, remove existing or create new ones at any time, and the overall project status and time-line will automatically adjust. Each task can contain primary contact information, task details, and with a quick adjustment of its completion scale, the project's overall status instantly reflects the change.
