Overview:

The 360 degree Rotating Banner Tool is a powerful application that helps you create impressive 360 degree parallax rotating panoramas, banners, tickertapes and screen savers for your website and desktop. Parallax is achieved by slicing an image or images into several different layers, placing the cutout images at different levels then rotating each layer at a different speed, and or direction creating a very realistic 3D effect. As the parallax images rotate still photos, text, hyperlinks, shapes, boarders, backgrounds and choose from over 900 flash animations to add to the foreground and background. You can even import flash and combine them with the built-in flash. The page sizes range from a thin tickertape to a full screen Flash page 1260 x 768. The projects can be saved in several different formats including exe--executable, swf--Flash file, scr--screen saver and html--Web page, or compressed into a ZIP file for easy transport. Screen savers can also be installed and uniinstalled from the program. A 360 panorama can be created from a single photo either horizonally or vertically by simply checking the checkbox.
