Overview:

MessageExport is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook, and a useful tool for project based workers who need to file or archive email. It is designed for anyone who needs to quickly and easily export or backup email messages from Microsoft Outlook to different places, and in different formats. MessageExport lets you convert one or thousands of selected Outlook email messages to formats that include: .msg, .eml, .mht, .pdf, .txt, .jpg, .gif, .tif.. ,mbox, .html. MessageExport connects with Microsoft Sharepoint and is compatible with Symantec Enterprise Vault 8.0. MessageExport helps makes project based workers more efficient. Users can setup custom profiles that can accomplish a number of tasks that you may be performing manually right now. For example, if you are working on a project and need to file certain messages to a Sharepoint library, in .pdf portable document format, and need compress and encrypt the message using a standard password, MessageExport can do that with virtually a single click. You can quickly configure project profiles that contain the project folder location and formatting preferences. When the project is finished, simply delete the profile if you wish. MessageExport also allows you to mass export and convert email messages and extract file attachments.
