Overview:
If you are visually impaired, dyslexic or find reading text on computer screens difficult for some other reason then Tip Top Text Reader is for you. You can use any voices installed on your computer. Just highlight the text - like when you copy/paste text, then move the mouse over the speech bubble or press the hotkeys. Tip Top Text Reader will then display a window containing that text and read it to you. Text is displayed using high-contrast colours e.g. yellow on black and you can change the colours to your own preference. Change the size of text and also the font that is used. .
