Overview:

File and Folder Watcher continuously monitors one or more folders for new files. When new files arrive, File and Folder Watcher then triggers a custom action, such as running a second program with the new files. File Watcher is perfect for use with FTP files arriving. It can process files in batch mode or individually, and is very flexible in how it sends these filenames to other software. Perfect for huge multi-gigabyte video files- it waits until the file is fully written before processing it. It logs all actions to the screen and to file.
