Overview:
All companies must safeguard their intellectual property and protect confidential information, financial data, and all communications by company executives and management. All access attempts to user mailboxes by non-owners must be closely monitored, to keep track of all unauthorized and accidental attempts to steal CEO or CFO's e-mails. Auditing of non-owner mailbox access is a major requirement of regulatory compliance standards. NetWrix Non-owner Mailbox Access Reporter for Exchange is a free reporting tool that sends daily reports about all mailbox access attempts done by other users, including administrators. The reports show who accessed mailboxes not belonging to them, thus simplifying the task of tracking users who may be trying to steal confidential information from the mailboxes of company executives and management. The tool fills the gap in existing Microsoft Exchange reporting and archiving mechanisms. Two editions of NetWrix Non-owner Mailbox Access Reporter for Exchange are available: freeware and commercial.
