Microsoft(R) SQL Server is a complex system with many different types of managed objects and requires daily changes to servers settings, security roles, databases, etc. All administrative activities require tracking of changes especially in environments managed by multiple DBAs and server operators. NetWrix SQL Server Change Reporter is a free tool that reports changes made to your SQL Server's configurations and databases. The product reports on changes made to server instances, databases, users, roles, logins, schema changes, and many other objects. The full version of the product additionally reports who made the change and when the change was made. The tool provides an easy way to review administrative changes on SQL servers and at database levels and helps you ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements by providing comprehensive reports that can be used to pass compliance audits.
