Overview:

Loan Calculator provides an easy-to-use solution for Webmasters wanting to give their site visitors an opportunity to calculate mortgage payments and funding options for home purchases or refinancing. This free program is available for download and can be used on the desktop or on servers for greater usage flexibility thanks to its use of Microsoft Silverlight. Using the application is easy and comfortable because its interface is similar to others designed for the desktop. Loan Calculator provides advantages not offered by competing solutions. No separate web page is needed for the calculator to be added; Webmasters can add the program directly into the desired page. Unlike many similar programs, Loan Calculator is a client-side application so your server's central processing unit is not accessed when users make the calculation. Another benefit of the software is that calculations are generated automatically when parameters are altered so users don't have to click on any buttons as they would on a real calculator. Because the figures change automatically, Loan Calculator is the fastest method for users to find out mortgage information and compare options directly on a web site. But not only does the software generate changes in numbers, it can also be used to create tables and diagrams showing additional views of information.
