It will repeat alerts until acknowledged so you will never miss an alert again.Enable option is the master of all the alert, if all others alerts are Off then user can put Enable Option to Yes, to get the alerts for Incoming Call, Missed Call, SMS Email. Otherwiseindividual alert can be selected.AlertMe is installed under BlackBerry Options.Regarding LED light to stop blinking user have to go into the options application, find AlertMe there and switch off the required led for which it is blinking.
