The Packing Slip Template can be customized to the requirements of just about any product sales related business needs. Creating Custom Form For your business: You can download this template and customize it with your business name, logo, business address and contact details. After you have done it you will need to save your invoice as a template in "My Documents" folder on in any folder on your computer that makes you fill more comfortable. Make sure you've saved your template as .xlt file, this will prevent it from Auto Saving once you start updating your template with new customer details and will ask you to save it as a new document each time you need to save it. Preparing you Packing Slip for new customer is really easy: open your saved template and update it with your new customer details including the purchase order number if one has been provided. Save your file in the folder on your computer with new name. I would recommend to use the order number as a name of the saved invoice, this can make your live easier if you ever have to look for the saved Packing Slip again. Printing your Packing Slip: once you have done all above, you are ready to print your packing slip. I would recommend to print it in two copies, one for your self and the second for your customer.
