Overview:

The JavaBeans, Applets, Servlets and Class Libraries in this package may be used on any platform with a Java Virtual Machine, including Windows, Linux, MacOS, Unix, Solaris, HP/UX, AS/400 and OS/390 to integrate automated barcoding in Java applications. Supports Linear and 2D barcode types including Code 128, GS1-128, Code 39, ITF, UPC, EAN, USPS Intelligent Mail, DataMatrix, Aztec, Maxicode and PDF417. The servlet easily creates barcodes in the web browser and may be embedded in dynamic HTML with the IMG tag.Version 9.8 adds new functionality to support Aztec in the Java 2D Barcode Package and updates documentation in both packages. Additional updates to the 2D version include performance enhancements where parentheses are now recognized as a FNC1 character when apply tilde is set to true making it easier to comply with GS1 standards.
