So you will be able to browse old invoices when needed. You will be able to set with ease the invoices with your own company's logo, name and address. Even the invoices can be set up to use these three different currency symbols (the Dollar, the Euro and the Pound). And you can translate the invoice to any language and change the word TAX to any other kind tax word valid in your country. The GT Invoice Maker is a general purpose invoice creator software that can be applied to any selling or servicing industry small, medium or large. It comes with all the standard input fields plus many other important fields that you won't find in any other program. Sales Rep, Payment Method, Item Description, Shipping Method and Terms fields are pre-established by you and saved in the database. So will not be time consuming when making the invoices. For example, imagine what easy it is in the Item Description. You have available a pull drop down menu showing all your items in stock and then when the time comes to produce an invoice you just choose the items to be input and enter the quantity and the software automatically calculate for you the Discount %, Tax, Shipping, Deposit and the Credit inputs into the Grand Total - best of all, you produced an invoice that you did not enter anything in the Item Description field because all your stock items where saved long time ago by you. Version 2.03 added the functionalities of edit and automatic Order Num (Manual Setting).
