Al Jazeera English Live is covering the world, bridging cultures, and setting the news agenda. The quality of the channel depends on whether you are on a Wi-Fi network or on 3G. When connected via 3G, you can watch the channel in standard quality. This offers an optimal compromise between video/audio quality at the lowest possible bit rate. When the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network, you will automatically have access to a higher quality version of the channel which makes full use of the high speed connectivity offered by Wi-Fi networks.
