Overview:
Eudora is a mail and news application based on the open source Thunderbird client from Mozilla. It's not developers' intention to compete with Thunderbird; rather, they want to complement it. Qualcomm is committed to both preserving the Eudora user experience and to maintaining maximum compatibility, for both developers and users, with Thunderbird. Release 8.0b6 includes Penelope version 0.5a3 and is using Thunderbird 3.0b2 source code.
