Overview:

As my wife and I were planning to have our first child, we learned that parents should not take off for the hospital the moment her contractions begin. Instead the hospital staff will ask you to track them. They will want to know if your wife is having contractions every 5 minutes, that the contractions are lasting a minute or more each, and that this pattern has been maintained for the last hour. To use the program simply click the [Begin] button when a contraction starts and click it again (now the [End] button) when a contraction completes. The program will automatically notify you when it''''s time to call the hospital by turning all of the flags green and displaying a notification alert. It will also track the average duration and frequency over the last hour and the number of contractions in the last hour.
