MyMileageGenie for BlackBerry is a tool for tracking mileage, time, expense and the location of field forces. Professionals who need to keep track of these items for billing, cost allocation or expense reporting will find the powerful automatic tracking capabilities invaluable. MyMileageGenie works with the BlackBerry GPS antenna, as well as an external Bluetooth GPS antenna, to accurately track the time and distance traveled through out the day. All entries created with MyMileageGenie can be sent by E-mail as an attachment in .pdf, .xls, or .csv formats. MyMileageGenie runs on all BlackBerry Smart Phones running 4.3 or above, but will run on release 4.2 software if PDF format reporting is not required. MyMileageGenie offers powerful location tracking functionality with customer defined time-interval reporting. Near real time tracking email can be sent to one or multiple email recipients simultaneously, including ConvergeTracking.com by Convergent Telecom.Version 3.0 has number of new enhancements including: Remote configuration: MyMileageGenie now offers complete remote configuration of the application using BES policies or via the CONVERGEWIRELESS Remote Configuration Tool. New reporting in PDF format: with version 3.0 MyMileageGenie now supports reporting in PDF. PDF reports have a invoice-like format and are ideal for professionals that need to invoice clients or produce time, travel and expense reports. Route tracking functionality: new route tracking functionality built into MyMileageGenie 3.0 includes storing the exact route traveled throughout the day on an internal SD Card. The data is stored in industry standard .gpx or .kml file formats, provided there is an accurate GPS fix, and the user is punched in. Support for all Java BlackBerry models, both BES and BIS.
