With PhoneBAK PDA Phone you can stop worrying about what would happen if your phone is ever lost or stolen. PhoneBAK anti-theft software automatically checks if the phone is stolen. If it is, it sends the thief's contact number, location, and other details to help you get the your phone back. And, PhoneBAK allows you to remotely erase confidential information so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. How it works SMS Text Alert When an unauthorized SIM card is inserted into the mobile phone, an SMS text alert is sent out containing the thief's own phone number, IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), and location, to your pre-determined contact (spouse, colleague, IT dept) about the theft.
