Overview:
Seamless textures are frequently used for web site backgrounds and in 3D applications for covering surface meshes. Using seamless textures can greatly reduce storage and bandwidth requirements because a small seamless texture image can be repeatedly tiled to fill a large surface area while providing a continuous textured appearance. OSoSLO EZTiler 1.0 can create seamless tiles quickly and easily from any photograph or other graphic image. The application provides fine-grained control over the appearance of the generated seamless tile so the results can be tuned to match the characteristics of the source image. Supported image formats include BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG and TIFF.
