The Wound Care Manager ? is an electronic database solution for patient assessment and data management of wounds and skin care. This application wasdeveloped using industry expert consultants in Wound Care along with the most current assessment and outcome measures.Although this software can be used in any setting, many features were designed for wound care management in the long-term care environment including skillednursing homes.Bring your Palm device right to the bedside, perform your assessments, take photos, order supplies, generate reports and have all your patients data in the palmof your hand!Use your office computer (HanDBase desktop software included) to review and manipulate data, generate reports, or export to another application using Excel,CSV, XML, Word, and HTML formats. The program utilizes user-customizable Pop-up lists to help facilitate quick data entry on the Palm.About the Database DeveloperStephen M. FeldmanR.Ph., FASCPRecipient of the George F. Archambault Award, the highest award presented by the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, for innovation andcontributions to the profession of clinical pharmacy and to the Society.Steve was one of the first five pharmacists in the country to receive a "Certificate in Long Term Care Geriatric Pharmacy Practice" from the American Societyof Consultant Pharmacists. He is also certified in Psychiatry, Parkinson's Disease Management, Congestive Heart Failure and Osteoporosis.He presently serves as the Vice President of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, and is a member of the Massachusetts State Drug UtilizationReview Board, Division of Medical Assistance. Steve also is a past Board of Trustees Member of the ASCP Education and Research Foundation.A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy with a B.S. in pharmacy.
