Overview:

Ideal Weight calculates a person's ideal weight based on the body mass index (BMI). Simply enter your height and weight using the appropriate scrollbars and the program will tell you what your ideal weight is and how much you should loose or gain to reach it.You can use both metric and imperial systems when entering your height and weight. From the Options->Preferences menu, you can set your preference. In the same preferences panel, you can also set an option to save the height and weight values when program exits, so that it will display those numbers when first started again instead of the default values. Please note that you cannot enter any height unless you register your copy of the software. When not registered, Ideal Weight is in demo mode and will not let you change the default fixed height. However, you can still see the program's functions if you enter different weights. Once registered, Ideal Weight will switch to full mode and will let you calculate ideal weights for all height and weight combinations.
