Overview:
for the Palm OS is a flexible, easy-to-use exercise log that was written specifically the Palm OS. More than just a simple database application, Runner's Log also includes a statistical mode ("Summary") which calculates numerous parameters for you such as your average pace for the previous month, or how many miles you have run in your shoes. And with support for up to 8 different activity types, Runner's Log isn't just for runners!The program uses a unique and customizable data entry system that allows you to quickly input your daily training data and review your exercise history. Some of the program features are:Supports miles or km, and conversion between each.Calculates your pace in either minutes/mile, minutes/km, miles per hour, or km per hour.Summarizes your log data to show you weekly or monthly period statistics (e.g. total distance, average speed, etc.)Has three attractive log formats to show you varying amounts of data. Memorizes your most recent running locations so you don't have to re-enter them. Rename each activity type to suit you.Track your performance in events such as 5K, marathon, etc. Customize your event list for whatever you participate in.Keep track of how much you use your exercise equipment, such as shoes, bikes, or anything you like.Enable or disable data entry preferences such as heart rate, weight, competitive events, and equipment tracking.Synchronize with Runner's Log for Windows to view and edit your data on either your Palm or your Windows PC.Built in pace calculator.Whether you are a casual jogger or a serious athlete, Runner's Log has something for you!
